• All Accounts Will Be Email Verified:
  Clients will not be able to submit a press release unless their email account has been verified by our automatic verification system.  The email address used for your account will not be shared with 3rd parties and will not be included in your press releases by default.
  
  
• All Press Releases Must Include An Email Contact:
  Each press release must have an email address assigned for the PR contact related to the subject of the press release.  This email address may be the client’s main account email address or it may be a separate email address assigned per press release.
  
  
• The PR Contact Email Address Must Match Your Domain:
  In order to provide an important level of security to our readers and to your company, we ask that the email address you enter match your company’s domain name or that it can be verified as belonging to an associated company (such as a PR firm).  Email addresses from free email providers such as Hotmail, Yahoo Mail and Gmail will not be allowed.  Your Email address will not be visible to viewers of your press release.
  
  
• A Verification Email Will Be Sent To The PR Contact Prior To Distribution:
  A verification email will be sent to the listed PR contact for each press release prior to submission.  This is an important step done to prevent identity spoofing
